Villas Willow Glen Apartments

"My husband and I have lived at Villas Willow Glen for a year now and are renewing our lease. We absolutely love living here! It is a very quiet community and we love all of the greenery and well-kept community. It is absolutely beautiful and feels so peaceful. The gym is a little small but it works for us when we can have it to ourselves (which is almost always). We love the pool area and have always met sweet neighbors there! We have had a couple of minor maintenance issues but they were always fixed very promptly. The communication with the leasing office is wonderful and someone is always there and/or answers the phone for any questions. Linda, the property manager is amazing! She is very responsive and works hard to make sure we are happy here. I can say that we are very happy living here. I rely heavily on reviews and definitely write reviews when I am super satisfied and we absolutely love living here! I would 100% recommended living here if you like a quiet and simple home :)"

"I have lived at Villas Willow Glen for four years and extremely happy here. So peaceful and I enjoy seeing the beautiful landscape everyday, which they do an excellent job of maintaining. I love being able to walk to famous Lincoln Street with all its fantastic restaurants and shops. I appreciate living so centrally close to Highway 280, highways 17,87 and 85. Just 4 minutes by car to downtown San José. Don’t pay attention to negative reviews before 2017.Christmas here is so beautiful with its tasteful decorations and even provide a place you can wrap your Christmas gifts with free wrapping available. I’m retired now and enjoying my retirement here at Villas Willow Glen."

"I moved to San Jose one year ago found this gem apartment searching from out of state. I’m thankful for securing in such a great community especially after covid hit. I was brand new, didn’t know anyone local. I have been able to meet my neighbors and really enjoy the community. Pet friendly and great neighbors can’t ask for much more. Thanks to the management for keeping all of safe throughout this year!"

"This community is conveniently located near the Race Street VTA station. There is easy access to both CA 87 and I-280. Willow Glen downtown is a short walk away. It is a small community with a very very friendly and responsive staff. Christine, the property manager is very friendly and is just so pleasant to interact with. Sam, the maintenance manager is also very prompt when a ticket is opened. Over the last few years several updates have been made to individual apartments and the community. A few years ago several cars were broken into but ever since security cameras were installed, this is a thing of the past. Community and the residents are very quiet and it is in general a tranquil place. Christine organizes barbecues and events several times a year. Highly recommend this community."

"I had lived at Terra Willow Glen (formerly Hidden Willows) for 3 years (Aug 2014 - Sep 2017) I have nothing but pleasant memories of my time there. Christine and Alex were super helpful and accommodating of whatever concerns/issues I had. Even during my move-out they were extremely helpful, patient and worked with me during that stressful period. During my time there, whenever there were any work requests, it was addressed speedily and adequately. Sam, with his cheerful disposition, was always super helpful and did a satisfactory job on the work orders. Terra Willow Glen is a complex where the neighbors are friendly and everyone greets you with a welcome smile. It is always great to be able to come back to a warm environment where you feel that you belong. TPI Management have been working on renovating, upgrading and remodeling the apartments as well as other buildings such as the leasing office and the gym. I could see the fruits of their labor whilst I was there. Overall, I believe that Terra Willow Glen is in good hands and that the management will continue to maintain and improve it, thereby ensuring that it remains the gem it has always been."
