"I lived at metro walk for a little over two years. Dar and Scoti made it a very pleasant time honestly, and I don’t think it’d have been the same without them two taking care of everything. The price is below average for downtown San Jose, for sure, especially taking into account the new skyscrapers located just a couple of blocks away. Something worth mentioning is the sound isolation in this place. I rented in houses before and in the city and nothing compares to the quality of sound isolation at metrowalk. Scoti and Dar go out of their way to make the building secure and maintained. I don’t recall ever asking them for anything and not heard back immediately. They were a great help as I moved in and out of my apartment and they were super attentive to all my requests. It’s been a little less than a year since I moved out and they’re still keen on reaching out if I get important mail (this is unheard of honestly)."

"Dar & Scotty are amazing. When I lived at Metro Walk, I was a student at San Jose State University and the location was absolutely perfect. You can walk to school and to the many attractions downtown SJ offers. Also, since I was living on my own Dar & Scotty always would watch out and take care of me. They were not only wonderful managers of the property, but they were and still are my friends. Dar & Scotty I miss you and thank you for everything!"

"Dar and Scotty are awesome landlords. I have been at Metro Walk for approximately two years. What a great place to live with a super affordable price for the area. Great location with bars, restaurants and plenty of night life. Metro Walk is clean, secured with high fences, locks and cameras."

"Absolute CROOKS! They take your application money under false pretenses! My fiancé and I were looking for an apartment in this area and we make good money, and everything seemed to be going according to plan until I asked for a follow up on my application.The manager told me that they were so "Busy processing 18 other applications for the same apartment." So when I confronted them about it and asked for my money back because I knew that I got scammed out of $50 the man who is no gentleman at all proceeded to use foul and derogatory language towards me and my fiancé."
