"Overall a good place to live, especially if you work nearby. Tai, who does the maintenance, is very helpful and responsive to requests. I usually see things fixed within a day or two. The front desk agents are also friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is kept clean and well maintained. I almost never have issues with noise. My only issue is that last year, when my apartment was unavailable for a month due to water damage, I had to negotiate to actually get the complex to provide temporary accommodations, even though it was in the lease. The complex originally tried to either just let me not pay rent for the month or switch my lease to a more expensive unit."

"I stayed here for almost two years before moving out because of my job relocation. This is a well managed apartment community. Not that big but very well maintained. Special shout out to management and the maintenance staff here for making our stay here wonderful. Fadi, Keith, Tai and Victor - you guys are awesome."

"It’s a cozy apartment, it’s not a big community and very sweet and quiet place. It’s very close to google office and supermarket which makes life easier. The management is great they respond very instantly and the request is responded very quickly. I would like to thank TAI specifically, who helped fix ice maker in my apartment. I complained it on Friday and he came on Monday to fix it. He was also very responsive to follow up with me to make sure the ice maker works after the service. I like living here."

"I have been living in Kensington Place Apartments for several years now, and I can confidently say that it has been a wonderful experience. The small neighborhood atmosphere combined with the exceptional maintenance and management team make this place truly special. One of the standout features of Kensington Place Apartments is its well-maintained surroundings. The complex is always clean and tidy, creating a pleasant environment to come home to. The management team goes above and beyond to ensure that the property is well taken care of. It's evident that they take pride in maintaining a high standard of living for their residents. The management team have been fantastic throughout our time here. They are not only responsive but also friendly and approachable. Whenever we have had a concern or maintenance issue, they have promptly addressed it, making us feel valued and well taken care of. I must mention TAI from the maintenance team, who has been outstanding. They are efficient, reliable, and skilled at fixing things quickly. Although the walkability in the immediate area may not be the best, the Seven Seas Park is within walking distance. Overall, Kensington Place Apartments has been an excellent place to call home."

"Great place to live in Sunnyvale area, love the grocery outlets is right next door! Over 5 years, have lived here by myself, as a married couple and as a brand new dad now :D We love the warmth and greenery of the neighborhood, so do our cats! Management is very approachable and responsive. Special thanks to Tai, Jesse and Victor from maintenance team, kept us running 24/7 throughout the pandemic, go above and beyond to resolve any issues. So much more to say.. Feel grateful and hppy here, hopefully you'd too! :)"
