Del Coronado Apartments

"These people couldn't care less about their laundry rooms. They are poorly (never) maintained. Always dirty. The machines are always breaking down, both washers and dryers. If they really cared they would find a different vendor with a better service app and better machines. The service app, CSCPay Mobile, owes me and other people so much money it's borderline criminal. If you request a refund due to a broken machine not acting properly, they don't allow more than one refund request at a time. And they never fulfill the refund request. So you just end up wasting money and time and trying your luck with a different machine. Tenants are too lazy and inconsiderate to pick up/switch their laundry on time. The closest laundromat is next door but they cost 4x as much. At the time of this review and the picture posted, one washer does not properly wash the items, and one dryer cannot even be connected to through the app. There is always at least one machine that isn't working properly. And the floor is always this dirty. No one ever cleans it."

"Apartment complex are getting upgraded and are looking amazing. The management team is the best along with the employees I wouldn't choose another place to live in"

"Roach infested no matter how much they fumigate they never go away. Lived there 3 years and it was a hell hole of roaches rats and mold. No matter how clean you were the pest would come from apts upstairs next door. The managers are thieves who have been known to steal ur deposit like they did to us and many other before us. They also have entered apts without consent. Everything would break and it was a hassle to get it fixed. The cars would get broken into and management wouldn’t do anything about it (keep in mind they have cameras and security). At some point there was a homeless man living in the laundromat and sleeping in the cart ports. They remodeled the outside of the apts but the inside continues to be infested. A lot of gang members living here and late at night you would get woken up by fights and gun shots GO RENT ELSEWHERE DON’T LET THE NICE PAINT AND FLOWERS FOOL YOU!! Also they are 3 registered sex offenders living in the apartment, just wanted to let you guys know."

"I have been at Del Coronado Apartments for 9 years, and I have seen a positive transformation compared to how it was when I first moved in. One of the most remarkable changes is the paint job. Now the buildings have an elegant shade of gray, which makes them more appealing than the odd dark peach color that had in the past. Another remarkable transformation is the landscaping. The new manager is making a huge effort in ensuring that the spaces look clean and modern. A big modification of all the flower beds, gardens and walking paths has been completed, and now all the spaces look more organized and decluttered. The swimming pool area has also been remodeled, and some architectural modifications were also done in the main entrance. My experience at Del Coronado apartments definitely has been positive. In the 9 years, I only had to place 2 work orders and they were completed promptly and satisfactorily."

"Couldn’t recommend more. Great location, not too far from the freeway, hiking trails and parks. The management team strives to create a hospitable community and are quick to escalate any concerns you may have."
