Villa Victoria Apartments

"I rented this apartment 1.5 years ago and unfortunately my experience with the management was very unsatisfactory. We reported various issues during our stay, but they were not resolved effectively. Additionally, when I left the apartment, my entire security deposit of almost $1,000 was withheld when I left the apartment in a clean and undamaged condition. This unfair behavior by rental agent is unacceptable and discourages people from renting apartments. Some legal consequences should be considered to hold tenants accountable for the improper use of their funds."

"In my opinion, the location is excellent. The apartments are conveniently located in a lovely area with quick access to local restaurants, shops, and our middle school, high school, and Safeway as well! If you have a child, then they don't even have to wake up early to get to school, they can even walk there and still get there on time! You also don't have to drive to get your groceries anymore, since safeway is right next to it. They even have a couple of playgrounds and a pair of swings inside the area, not to mention the public pool. I highly recommend these apartments to any families."

"This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in bay area. Not a big apartment but contains everything you need in a apartment. Edisa, the property manager, is very friendly and made every process very smooth & hassle free, starting from showing different units based on our needs until getting the keys of the unit. Also, when ever I order for any maintenance work, it has been taken care immediately without any delay. This I haven't seen in any other apartments where the maintenance some times takes weeks and even months. Hope it remains the same in the future too :-)"

"When I left Europe to move to the US I didn't know that I could find such a peaceful and safe, clean, family friendly, nice apartments in a perfect school district, with my reasonable budget! Edisa, our manager, is so attentive and nice. And the maintenance requests are responded immediately. I am so happy to live at Villa Victoria since 2019. Highly recommended !"

"For my first rental property I must say, this was the best experience ever and continues to be! Edisa, the property manager, made the process extremely easy and fast. The property itself is a modest sized villa, beautiful palm and pineapple trees with a nice court yard, pool as well. The apartment is the main event. Modern, wood floors, marble counters, high ceilings, full closet mirror in the bedroom, and a very spacious living room! This place has officially became home for me. Anytime I need assistance both Maintenece and the property associates are readily available to help. This was a great find in San Jose"
