"Under no circumstances should anyone ever live here! The property manager, Mary or Maria, will completely violate your tenant rights and civil rights. She creates arbitrary rules and regulations for the apartment complex that are not legally enforceable. There will be no clear communication, she'll harass you with hostility instead. There will be no simple communication through email, there will be a bombardment of angry phone calls, voicemails, and notes on your door. She'll also summon you to her office for communication and will require that you sit in a little chair by her desk. It's the adult equivalent of being called to the principal's office and it's ridiculous. When she's really on a power trip, she'll pound on your door until you open it, so she can yell in your face. I also have reason to believe that she entered our apartment illegally without our knowledge and damaged my car to "punish" me when I didn't move it promptly when she asked. Stay away!"
