A gentlemen walked past me, without comment, sat down at a desk, rolled his eyes and said, "it's only a vehicle!" I was appalled to hear that comment from a business that is supposed to repair vehicles back to the condition that they were in before an accident. Needless, to say, this business did not need my money. Very unprofessional. Called another body shop and totally different experience. Steer clear of this facility."
