"Property Manager can access your apt without permission, he just sent the email and then do whatever they want for the apt. WORST experience, we moved out before lease end, then they started to turn over the apt, just an email notice but without asking permission, they throw out our stuff, they even changed the lock and give the new tenant the key (we don't even get any notice before we found out this), although we cannot access our apt, but they still require us to pay the rent."

"Bruce is the best property manager I've ever encountered. He truly cares for his tenants. In addition rents at Villa De Wright are somewhat below market. My only gripe is there are not enough washers & dryers on site. But there are plenty of laundromats around. I don't live there anymore but if I had to move back to Mountain View, Villa De Wright will be my first choice."
