"Honestly this place sucks, everything is falling apart and we haven’t even been here a year. The sink has gotten clogged, moldy and full of water 3 times for 4-5 days and we couldn’t even cook or clean. Maintenance says all the 3rd floor apartments have horrible sewage so they ALL have the same issues. They take forever to handle the requests and when they finally did come they left the entire kitchen puddled with water. The washing machine messed up so bad they took two weeks to even respond to the request & then get a new one. The bathroom tub also got clogged and everyone around here takes forever to even reply to our requests. Horrible place, take your money somewhere else cause we can’t wait to leave"

"Updated: this apartment complex has really gone down since I started living here there is zero responsive from maintenance and the office.No one emails back and when you try and go knock on the office door no one ever answers and it’s always locked. Updated: moved into another apartment in this complex I was told the complex was above my current apartment but it was not it was across the way! So on move in day I was in for a big surprise when I had not planned for that. Moving into the new apartment there was no hot water for 2 days! The paint on a drawer was so poorly done the Ac makes a crazy sound it didn’t seem like an apartment to be available to rent. There were wire cables not covered as well. The leasing off will sometimes forget about you when you email them so you’re gonna have to email multiple times for a response. Literally has to go to multiple people to get a mail situation taken car of it took 2 weeks. I’ve been at this complex for 6 years and it’s definitely not what it was I wouldn’t re sign my lease again when it’s up. The best thing about the complex is the amazing maintenance staff they are so kind and responsive. I give them a 10 stars if I could! Avalon Willow Glen has been awesome to me the last five years and maintenance is really great at this complex as well! Jonathan just installed my new oven which was running high heat it only took them a few days to order and get the oven to me!"

The maintenance team are always there for us and the front office is always happy to help us out with anything. April front the main office is always really nice, very professional and willing to help us with questions, and requests we have."
