"I am current resident of Park Kiely, really suffering with few severe issues, like elevator is not working since last two months, we are at third floor and with kid, Its really hard and dangerous to use stairs with kids. lifting stuff like groceries and baby strollers from ground to third floor daily is real pain and great suffering. I can see a few seniors  on my floor, for them getting down is a bad dream through the stairs.No one is listening here just saying glasses for the door are not available, it seems they are getting imported from Mars.Same thing for gyn treadmill, out of 5, 3 are not working seems last one year, rest two, which are working are not in good shape and dangerous too, they are saying, their part also not not available on this Earth and not sure when those will be imported."

"My experiences as a lease applicant has been very pleasant with Nia. She went above and beyond in keeping our application updated, and was able to quickly set up a new unit for us when we ran into trouble due to my own oversight. The turn around of a new quote was within a few hours. She also followed up with all the proper documents and pleasant assurance before EOD. An absolutely sweetheart and wonderful first face/voice as a representative of the complex."

"Lived here for the past two years and overall, it has been a pleasant experience. It's generally a very quiet, peaceful, and safe place to live - never have I felt unsafe while living here. Overall, I'd recommend considering living here. The conditions of the apartment seem to vary by unit. The first unit that I moved into was in clean condition when I first toured it, but I quickly found out it was terribly infested with cockroaches. This was a traumatizing experience at first; while the terms of the lease agreement did not allow me to terminate my contract, ultimately, I was able to transfer to a different unit after multiple discussions with the leasing office. Thankfully, my new unit has been free of roaches and was also more up-to-date than the first unit. Jessica from management was both understanding and cooperative throughout the transfer process. Pros: + Quiet, peaceful, safe neighborhood. Packages have never been stolen, even if left out for >1wk + Reserved car space (mine was covered) is right outside my door, which is convenient. There was only one case of a car break-in that I recall near my unit. + Good location: easy access to freeway and South Bay area places (Westfield, Santana Row) + 1 bedroom unit is quite spacious (perhaps a bit too much) + Resident services and maintenance generally very responsive and helpful + Rent increases were 5% after every year, which probably could have been worse elsewhere. They give you an option to continue on month-to-month basis or to lock in the rate for another 12-14 months Cons: - The apartment is somewhat old with thin walls, meaning noise from neighbors can pass through very easily and winters/summers are very cold/hot. The A/C and heating units are old and inefficient, so PG&E costs can come out somewhat high - No dishwasher and laundry is shared (note: this was ultimately reflected in the rent price being lower than other, more premium apartments at the time of signing) - Some units infested with roaches (!!) - During the day, the leafblower noises from outside last for >1hr and are loud, which was disruptive if WFH but eventually becomes whitenoise lol"

"I've had the worst experience living here than any other apartment complex. When you first arrive to tour the apartment, they show you a beautiful fully furnished Apartment but when you receive keys to your unit, it's a completely different story. The unit was run down, plumbing issues, lights weren't working, the door in the bathroom was hanging off, the sink had left over glue residue that would not come off, the standing shower was disgusting and in need of new paint, the tub soap holder was brown, there's a spot in the kitchen that makes noise every time you walk over it. There's cocoroches in the hallways outside. Management is minimal. They act like they care but never fully help you with anything. I was assigned the wrong unit when filling out my lease agreement. I noticed the price was higher (good thing I didn't finish signing the lease) and brought it to their attention. They apologized and sent me the new unit lease agreement but by than I had already moved my pg&e to the new unit. I tried telling them that I was being charged for that vacant unit that THEY mistaking assigned me. Refused to help me, said I should contact Pg&e but pg&e keeps saying Management must issue refund because I shouldn't be paying for a unit that's vacant. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place needs to shut down. The amount of homeless people walking the streets/garbage containers is out of hand. The hallways are always dirty (I've found dog poop, food left overs, a cracked raw egg)in the stairwells and several other "trash"."
