720 North Apartments

"Worst apartment ever. I have been living here at 720 North Apartments since March of 2014. Why? Too many random people walking in and out, neighbors slamming their doors, sounds of sirens, extremely loud car engines like they're having street races (don't forget loud skidding tires!), people from across the street yelling and shouting (I hear one person whistling loudly coming from 7-Eleven right across the street), and kids throwing rocks into the pool. I should probably move out of this place and live someplace else. Best advice: DO NOT move into this apartment and save yourself some money. STAY AWAY!!"

"Worst management ever. They keep going back and forth on timings to meet and there is utter confusion on who is getting what apartment. It's like a super big mess here. Ruby the agent that showed me the place told me the apartment got booked already(and they didn't care to inform me!). She was also super rude and said she didn't know what a pest inspection is. Bed bugs and pest aware! Desperate people would still take the place, unfortunately. I recommend saving yourself the horror."

"Unresponsive management and continued issues receiving refunded security deposit following move out. Ferdie De Luna, the property manager provided no direct contact details (aside from name) and was useless in confirming charges. At their rate there is no value in this complex."

"I live here for almost 2 years. The apartment was attracted me by its location, really close to 101. But when I moved in, there is a lot of problems. There's no packing lots for second car, the water is not clean at all and it's not safe to leave your packages outside. My packages was stolen and the thefts threw the boxes in pool area. My neighbors downstair also lost their bag. The property manager seems not to have any action at all after reported. And the rent keeps raising every year."

"i have been living at 720 North Apartments for a year now and there isnt any other place i would want to live. i currently have a one bedroom. the neighborhood is quiet, my neighbors are quiet. our community manager is very nice and easy to reach. when we moved in everything was brand new, carpet and appliances (granite countertops and stainless steel appliances). double paned windows. no need for a heater in the winter coz our place stays warm inside also cool in the summer. no problems with water or electric. we have our own parking spot. the pool is always clean and the laundry room is well maintained. every morning there is housekeeping and gardeners maintaining the grounds. maintenance is always available and has always fixed our problems on time (broken light bulb, changed our shower head to our liking). we have always recieved notices ahead of time if PGE does some maintenance in the area that requires a temporary shut off of water. our rent is a good price for the quality of our living space and is reasonable compared to other places we have looked at that are subpar with our liking. this place is a place we plan to stay for awhile and would definately recommend it to anyone who is looking for an apartment. u wont find a better deal or better quality in this area anywhere else."
