"No one is ever at the office. You don’t get parking. You pay an arm and a leg to not have an assigned parking. There are cars that have been seating there for years when those spaces can be used for residents to park. There were so many things that didn’t work when we first moved in. Rent went up another arm. Definitely a last resort type of move."

"My girlfriend and her 7 year old daughter have lived here for years. When I came to visit I was absolutely astounded, not only by the mold and foundation issues (wall and ceiling cracks) inside the apartment, but also by the infestation of fleas outside, as well as by, what looks to be the local residents dump site right across the street. Don't even get me started on the lack of the most basic amenities, such as central AC. You read that right, this place doesn't offer central AC. This complex also has a tendency to not follow local rent ordinances/guidelines on max allowable increases, or their frequency. The current allowable annual rent increase here is 10% or $75 (whichever is lower). My gf's rent was increased (by roughly $150) last year (double the max $75) and this year was increased by $123 even though again, exceeds the allowed $75 increase. When the rental increase dispute was brought to managements attention, there wasn't a correction, or an apology, instead there was a bullying attempt to force me (simply a guest) to sign the lease, as well as daring my gf and other residents to contact the local housing authority. This complex sends out notices threatening eviction if you have more than a few plants or even wind chimes on your patio/balcony, even when evictions were restricted during the pandemic (as previously stated they relentlessly ignore ordinances/laws in place then try to gaslight you when you call them on it.) In addition: pool has been out of order for two years now, the water heater is persistently turned down so our shower water barely reaches warm (never hot), the gate code is changed without residents told of new code, so deliveries and packages get turned away. I could go on and on. This place is all about money and not at all about keeping residents happy. Please just take my advice and stay away from this hot mess of a toxic relationship, where the abuser is your landlord."

"When we moved here in September our stove didn't have gas for like a week. One of the shower sliding doors was misaligned so it seemed to be falling off from the bottom part that holds it together (dangerous for us). Outside provider maintenance that Renew hired said it couldn't be repaired due to missing screws/too old/missing clamp(s) but since then hasn't replaced our door."
