VRENT - Cedars Apartments

"Stay away!!! The whole community has 18 two bedroom or three bedroom apartments. Given its location is close to elementary school, many kids live here. Let's assume each apartment has 3 residents. That means 54 people live in this community. Guess how many washing machines do they have? Only two. 54 people need to share the only 2 washing machines in the shared laundry room. The community doesn't allow residents to buy or use any washer/dryer in their units. All the residents need to share the only two washer/dryers in the shared laundry room. Even worse. One of the only two washing machines has been out of order for more than one month. That means 54+ people have been sharing the ONLY ONE washing machine in the past one month. Besides, there is no communication from the property management company. We don't know when the washing machine can be fixed. No temporary washing machine has been provided. I emailed the community management company but no responses at all. If you don't want to share THE ONLY ONE washing machine with 54 people and if you want to do your laundry once a week, don't consider this community. Stay away. The on-site property manager Tam is super nice and super friendly. I have to give him good credit. However, the property management company (Vittoria Management) and the way they manage their apartment community are totally unacceptable!!!"
