"I lived at maxwell for one year and just recently moved out. I'm sad to leave but my job is moving me elsewhere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet but convenient area. I love that I could use the gym and I'd be the only one in there. The building is small but has all the necessities. My apt was gorgeous and very modern. Manager and maintenance helpful and quick!"

"Simone and her maintenance team are superstars! The building is clean and well kept. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, gyms and highway. Its also next to a residential neighborhood which makes it feel homey and welcoming. Love everything about my apartment especially the natural lighting!!"

"I LOVE my apartment at Maxwell. It is beautiful, sleek, and the location is unbeatable! I enjoy walking to the farmers market and out to eat/ to grab coffee every weekend. If I want a change of scenery, Mountain View is just 5 min away. There is tons of guest parking in the area and so easy to get around. With all this being said, my apartment was actually an amazing price compared to some nearby buildings in the area that I actually found not as aesthetic or as new as Maxwell. Besides that, the staff is amazing. Simone has been so helpful and is always so responsive. I can tell she genuinely cares. I have referred my colleague to live here and she loves it just as much. Robert who helps with my work requests is also so fast and thorough. Thank you to Maxwell for giving me an easy reason to renew my lease!"

"Wen I to tour the property, had a great experience with the staff and the location of the apartments were perfect. The location is amazing, I can go to my favorite restaurant on Murphy Ave within minutes and my love hate relationship continues with the Target and Wholefoods. Its so nice to have them next door along with downtown Sunnyvale."

"Hands down best move in experience that I have had. Our leasing agent Simone was great from start to finish. This was our first time renting after moving to the Bay Area so we had a lot of questions about the building and neighborhood. Simone was always quick to respond and answered all of our questions. The building is very clean with modern finishes. The day of move in, Simone spent a good amount of her morning ensuring we were familiar with the building and comfortable in our new home. I was so thankful that the apartment was super clean- and I am a neat freak! Definitely recommend working with Simone and looking into living in the Maxwell building :)"
