Additionally, the pharmacy technicians and their ability to deal with upset customers with kindness and grace is admirable."

"I am sorry I need to write this review. This is the closest pharmacy for us and we shop often in Raleys. But this is the worst pharmacy in the area. Staff is often wrong and argumentative. They take forever to issue medication, they are often closed for no reason etc. I dont feel welcome here but like a burden."

Pay your technicians better and hire more staff Raleys! Techs nowadays make as much as fast food employees. And no I'm not a disgruntled employee..."

"This pharmacy is a disorganized mess. I constantly have problems that I've never had at any other pharmacy. Examples: My doctor sent a prescription with 4 refills and they filled once with no refills. Once my bottle of 90 pills was short about 30-40 pills. I have on several occasions been called and told my prescription is ready and show up to find it is not and then they don't even have enough pills to fill it. Edit: I needed to call about a problem. I was on hold for over 45 minutes. Once I got a tech on the phone it was solved in seconds."

"If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I use them because it’s conveniently located on my way home to Foresthill. That’s the ONLY convenient thing about it. There is literally a problem every single time I try to refill my prescription. The staff is always extremely rude. My doctor called in my prescription on Friday, it is now Monday and it still isn’t filled. I am tired of the run around and rudeness of all of the staff at this pharmacy."
