"This building is full of neglect Asbestos and Mold for over a decade I have been moved 3 times from apt to apt , from Black mold , and Asbestos coming down from popcorn ceilings , whenever they work on the roof which is very often. Most tenants wake up to asbestos in their morning coffee here. There is also a terrible security(very unprofessional) that harasses people The building is falling apart , understaffed and the Management does not seem to understand or respect tenants right with California ordinance and OSHA , it's an absolute nightmare, If I could afford I'd be out right away but I can't . We re in a constant battle for our health After my ceiling leaked for 6 months with black mold I was moved to a so called renovated apt ,where I did the whole movie by myself and now there are 6 giant cracks that can result in the balcony falling down and it's extremely hazardous .Management says " it's fine" I have serious headaches , sleep issues and respiratory issues from the asbestos from the lack of ventilation in the corridors and the constant dust and chemical fog. this needs STOP As tenants we re looking for legal help and representation ASAP here are some photos of the experience ."
"3 cases of car vandalism over the course of 4 months + bicycle (2) theft right from our deck. This is getting ridiculous. Management won't invest in security cameras even though they are collecting at least quarter of a million dollars in rent PER MONTH from all their tenants."
