"I was Discriminated against, wasn't given a fair chance to apply like the other Leasing regional manager said I Would. since they got new Leasing Managers suddenly the rules don't apply straight nonsense. I DON'T recommend this place especially if you are Black they don't treat us fairly, don't spend any $$$$ with these people."

"I stayed in these permits years ago he was very nice and had a hot tub and the person that manages the the place was a friend of my mom's I don't know this person still works there Karen I hope they're doing well these burgers were very nice and I miss the area I wish the one was available for his memory goes I don't know how much they are now due to how rare it is being higher how much is there two bedrooms just to know I have a son with autism iPay like I've been here since my son was seven he's 17 the place I'm at now so things I don't like like mold wasn't taken care of it took for a long time but then they had to put me in a hotel but I would like to be in this area"

"Everything is redone, it’s a brand new place now. Very large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A very nice deck and brand new windows throughout the apartment. Heating system is very nice, decent size living room, average size dining room area, kitchen is a little small, but very nice."

"This place is TERRIBLE!! Management is awful!!! They raise the rent by $100 EVERY YEAR. The laundry facility has been out of order for over a year with no updates on when they will be in order again and they continue to raise the rent despite this. There are too many rules, most of which are absolutely stupid and unnecessary. At first, I thought this place would be my safe haven but now it’s absolute hell. If I could give this place 0 stars, it still wouldn’t show just how awful this place is!!"
