"As the other reviews from years ago have stated, the building is falling apart. The elevator inspection expired in June but hasn't been re-done and the elevator makes some pretty nerve wracking noises and shakes. It also doesn't work at all sometimes which I don't imagine is good for tenants who can't take stairs. Otherwise the place seems fine when I visit family."

"This place is so annoying and terrible. This place is falling apart. The alarm keeps going off. The manger is terrible she had the cops called on her by a resident here. She also had fired 2 maintenance men and hired 1 and she also closes the door of the office and also tired closing my mom out of the courtyard. I hate this place."
