"I was late only two minutes to pickup my medicine. The guy was working there did not give me my medicine because he said we are closed two minutes ago. while the other girl was assisting other customer. She was nice and looking at me to help me but the guy refused to give my medicine. I explained sorry, I was at work and I need my medicine. I’m in pain but still he said No. if this kind of person does not understand the word PAIN and I’m late because I was at work and I just made it to pharmacy. I need my medication now he refused to give my prescription. I have to take my pain until next day. I do not think two minutes late will kill you. Thank you for awful service."

"I've used this pharmacy for over 20 years. It's great. Some techs can be rude, but usually they are wonderful. After a two-year absence due to hospitalization, I called in desperate need of an insulin Rx. When I left a care facility after two years, they neglected to give me any insulin for immediate use upon departure. I called CVS and they said it would be a week, giving me multiple excuses. As a diabetic I couldn't wait a week. I called Bel Air Gold River pharmacy and explained my situation. The Tech talked to the pharmacy director, they said they'd work on it. I had my insulin Rx within two hours, picking it up around 7 p.m. that evening. They literally saved my life. They close at 7, but stayed a little over to allow me to pick up. They are quick to fill orders when I need them, and at times have given me small doses to tie me over until the regular Rx is done. They have been especially helpful during the pandemic. I trust them, something that's invaluable in a pharmacy."

"This low rating is for the PRODUCE section. Too much disappointment in ripeness and/or quality, nearly all the time. Recently picked Fuji apples and upon cutting them up for serving, most were deteriorating in center and tasted old. Couldn't possibly be from a "local source". Why can't our local store buy apples from the famous APPLE HILL, at this time of year. Mystery to me."
