"Went in to pierce my 9 month olds ears they did a good job at making sure markings were lined up before piercing, used good sanitary precautions. Afterwards they redirected us to a room with lights, worked well to occupy baby from crying. Process was quick and easy just wished the posts on the back of the earrings they put on were flat other than that a nice place with good service."

"My daughter Katalina had her birthday party here today (11/4/23)with 4 of her friends. I Cannot say in words how pleased I am with the whole experience. It was such an awesome experience for my daughter. and our stylist, Justine, was AMAZING!!!! She was so nice, made the kids look and feel amazing! I am soooooo happy we had her birthday here. I would recommend this to anyone and my daughter wants to come back next year for her birthday ! The room was amazing, the dress up, just everything. I cannot rave enough about this place! If you're thinking of having your child's party here, DO IT!"

"Great customer service! Ladies made sure my girls,hubby & I were comfortable. Very patient & friendly with kids & made the spa experience very realistic with relaxing music in the background dimmed disco lights & beautiful mermaid princess decor. Girls LOVED their facial, face gem painting, & hairstyle after their hair trims. They also got to make their own glitter lotion to take home. Great for a girls day or birthday party!"
