"In transition with new owners so there is a lot of constant noise and some chaos. Presently, there is a lot of continuing tenants that object to all the changes including a greater higher rent."
"Worst management ever. Apartment have been taken over by an investment company called Prime. From the start Prime has not cared about the existing tenants, They came in to remodel, and up the rents. They only answer the phone if you want to rent, they’re after you are screwed. Prime does not care for the welfare of its population and specially the elderly, disable and those tenants that have resided in Skylark for a long time. Save yourself a headache and unnecessary suffering. Do not rent at Skylark."
"Not sure what I am reviewing. Yes, the replacement smoke detector was promptly delivered. On the other hand, we still hear the sound of water running for 10 seconds every 5 minutes, apparently from our nextdoor neighbor's toilet running. That repair has been requested twice."
"Although it took nine days to get a light bulb, the two men from maintenance were apologetic and were extremely polite and efficient. They ended up installing a new LED fixture."
