"Maybe it's the power? I've had the same Dr and rx for the last year. I never had any issues getting my rx filled until nov 6th, when I had my Dr send my rx to this Raleys. Apparently, my Dr having offices in SF and LA makes my rx unfillable at this Raleys, which is weird considering that my daughter, who attends UCLA had her out of town rx's filled there all summer. Regardless, it is unacceptable to discriminate against customers based on their insurance situation or housing conditions. It is unacceptable to create fake rules or guidelines in order to flex authority over others. You're a pharmacy, you're supposed to help take care of others. I've escalated to corporate and am working on who to contact at state level. No more of this"
