"All I’m going to say is ROACHES!!!! Pictures below is the 1326 Building apt 16 is infected with ROACHES!!!!! The roaches are in the WALLS they can send pest control out 1000x’s and spray your unit & the surrounding units but if they’re not getting into the WALLS and ACTUALLY treat the problem it WILL NEVER GET BETTER … every UNIT at Dover park apts has ROACHES!!!!!!!! They need to have pest control come out & put a tent over all the the buildings to blow it out & get into the walls (THE BASE OF THE PROBLEM )Now if you like living with roaches crawling all over your apt and food etc! This is the PLACE FOR YOU APPLY NOW!!!"

"I lived there for 21 years, for the first few years when John was managing these apts it was very pleasant, But after he and his wife left and there were new people working in that office...I'll put this as nice as I can, They're very kind "to their own""
"(SLUMLORDS)The owners are very selective in which units get upgraded. Problems with damaged/broken appliances refuse being replaced I have asked multiple times for renovations I have a child and they still refuse to renovated. When complaining about the unit the only option I was giving was to move to a new unit in which I would have to pay another down payment and first and last months rent or just leave with the problems and again I have a child are quick to put the blame on the tenant no matter what the circumstances these roaches everywhere the laundromat doesn't work more times than not in there and they don't put up out of order signs to warn you just a hole to throw your money away and they don't care whether you complain or not you better have their rent money."
"I lived three years in Dover Park Apartment. I really enjoyed everything there . I really thank to the managers and maintenance guys for their services of Dover Park Apartment. The dealing of managers with customers are nice . I really enjoyed by living there. I spent a good time as a resident of Dover Park Apartment."
