"Many staff respond to member feedback and innocent inquiries defensively—quick to deflect blame on “the other” department instead of actually trying to solve or escalate recurring systematic breakdowns and EHR/order/app inaccuracies. This has been going on since at least 2013. Anti-customer focused—just like KP overall. I guess this explains the drastically slashed pharmacy hours of late."
