"I like the staff and the doctor. Only reason I gave them 4 stars is that I have Veterans Health Care and there seems to be a big mix up in getting a gel injection for my knee. Doctor's office claims the VA denied the injection but VA claims the referral was never submitted and they have been approving gel injections. Had to go back for second appoint and office manager is going to call me back in a few days hopefully to get this straightened out as it has already been 6 weeks or so since first appointment. Once it is resolved, I will upgrade to 5 stars."

"The doctor was wonderful, as were most of the office staff...the referral coordinator, however, was exceptionally rude. It pains me to give so low a rating for the actions of one individual, but I want people to be aware. Julie, the aforementioned referral coordinator, has not managed to get my referral to my doctor for approval, and when I called---my second call, as the call I made three days ago produced no results---she said, and I quote, "I don't know what you expect me to do. I can't fly over there; if YOU want to come down and pick the papers up and walk them into your PCP, you can do that". Shocked at her rudeness, I replied that I wished I had a coupon for 10% off of an attitude, because I would have presented it to her. I'm lodging a formal complaint against her, by the way."

"Never, EVER, use this Dr. Office. As a US Veteran I have had to deal with doctors outside of the VA. Never have I ever dealt with incompetence at a level as high as this office. Office staff will sign in place of the doctor to get you testing or treatment that is not needed thereby delaying your care. They may be in the medical field, but by no means is anyone in that office a professional. The office manager is extra useless.Have an attorney on hand for a possible medical malpractice case if you choose to brave the "care" of this medical group as a whole."

"Great staff and Dr's !!! I was in the office and in 2 weeks my surgery was done. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Dr. Crater was the best. He straightforward and professional. Told me what I needed and done and done."

"Where to start! Get call to schedule and then told I NEED to get X-Rays and referral, when the referral was sent to them and that was why they called me. Great start. I take off work, get X-Rays and bring them to office and then have to wait another week for appointment, since X-Rays were not ready!! Show up 20 minutes early to fill out some paperwork! Get handed packet of 9 sheets of paper with duplicate information needed on 5 of them. Then wait in lobby for 26 minutes because all of the MAs are at lunch (1pm appointment). Then get put in room at 1:12. Still sitting in room and it is now 1:42 and still have not seen doctor! Walking out now because there is no way I’m being treated this way! Should be fun trying to get my co-pay back! I manage several health clinics and this is a sure way to make sure your practice does not last! Absolutely HORRIBLE!"
