"The medical staff I'm the back was wonderful at providing the iron infusions I needed. It's a small clinic, but I was in and out."

"They can’t get any stars! I called last week and it’s impossible to make an initial appointment. Seams nobody care about patients. I made complaint against this office to my insurance company."

"Specific people in the office were terrific and very helpful. But I ended up switching to a different office because it felt overall the office was running in panic mode at most times, short staffed, and it was difficult to get ordinary paperwork completed. I didn't want to be upset with staff for the next year when we're there to get me through breast cancer among all the other patients. I'm sure this could be for a number of reasons, but it didn't seem like that was going to change soon and I just got started with my treatments. At the end when I did go to cancel, this office told my new office they refused to cancel my treatment so I could move on because then they wouldn't get paid. My new office handled it in spite of this response."
