"Be careful when Dr. Doraiswamy Arul will suggest you get off any narcotic pain meds while introducing you to an alternative. I did this for almost a year. Then to him I cannot take the pain anymore you got to put me back on real meds. Like the ones I was on before. He refuses claiming his new assistant who is a nurse has had more experience on spinal issues than he does. And that was that discussion was over. I am not seeing his nurse for pain issues I am seeing him. If he is not qualified then just be up front about it and tell everyone. You are only qualified at what ever kind of pain issues and then let everyone know that your head nurse is the more qualified person. I have dis issues on neck and back. Now I have migraine headaches. My spine issue has gone arthritic along with degenerative. Plus pain has radiated to my shoulders. From what I have learned elsewhere that that condition was due to or from my neck injury. I have been on the correct pain meds before but as soon as I went to this. I have not learned anything from this doctor other than he was a huge mistake!!!"
