"The pharmacy employees here are kind and work hard, but they are over-worked. They often scramble to order my meds each month, and then they fill them really close to when I run out, so it's stressful. The CVS website and app are terrible - it tells me meds are ready when they haven't been ordered yet. The app often gives errors, too - I've reported this to multiple people via CVS's customer service line, but nothing seems to be done. I do not recommend getting important and regular meds through any CVS because the system is flawed and the workers are over-worked and make mistakes."
