"The nurse was so capable and it was quiet and safe!"

"There is something broken with their scheduling system. Many of my appointments have been rescheduled at the last minute, which makes it difficult to plan for time off work. On one occasion I got a call around 6pm the day before a 9am appointment asking if I could reschedule the appointment for 3 hours later. A customer rep reached out and assured me that their scheduling system would be investigated but nothing has changed. It’s difficult to get a hold of the scheduling department because their own website and internal phone directory has out-of-service numbers. Calls get directed to voicemail even during normal business hours. Medication deliveries are sometimes just forgotten so I have to call to confirm that they are sending the medication before every appointment (another basic business function of a healthcare provider). Something as basic as keeping scheduled appointments and delivering medication on time should not be this difficult for a business that provides care to infusion patients."

"Stay far away from this company. Went to a scheduled appointment for my senior mother only to find no one there. Re-scheduled for a home visit by the nurse. No call, no show and they even requested co-pay in advance."

"Scheduling is a nightmare. Allow at least 6 weeks to go through insurance, labs, doctors, back and forth, mistakes, miscommunications, do overs. Also, they make the patient receive and carry around the IV bags, supplies, and epi pens, even though they come from the option care pharmacy, because they have no med storage at the infusion centers. My IV bag never arrived so my infusion was delayed. Same happened to my son. I get it every 6 months so I have to store extra supplies in my garage that whole time! Seems rinky dink. Nurses are nice. Infusions go smoothly. No wait. But if I had it to do over (and believe me it's not worth going through again), I would look elsewhere."
