"I had the best experience of my life yesterday at the CVS Pharmacy! I was very fortunate in having "Franchesco" help me. I noticed while in line how thorough, efficient and helpful he was to the customer in front of me. When he spoke to me with a gentle smile and a helpful manner it started my transaction on a positive note. Franchesco was very kind, explained what insurance covered and without wasting any time he asked if I had ever taken this medication before and I hadn't so, I Really appreciated him taking the time to explain how important it was to take all of the medication and it would be preferred if I took it with food. He explained there may be a few side effects, but, it is important I take all of the medication to ensure the infection I have will completely go away. Even though there were several people in line he took his time with me to be thorough and ensure I understood what I was taking. He was very efficient and made time to speak to me and ensure I paid for the medication all at once. He was very proficient, friendly, warm, intelligent and gentle while helping me. A close friend of mine gets a lot of prescriptions from him since her recent stroke. She said he is always helpful, informative and helps her in every possible way that he can. She said he is a gem and an angel wearing a white coat out there helping customers with their prescriptions and with their co-pays. PLEASE ensure Franchesco gets an award for being a light everyday in your customer's lives. He makes you feel good beginning at the moment he greets you with a warm smile. "Idk what causes the low ratings but the staff at this store is amazing, kind and truly helpful. It's my favorite & trusted pharmacy to go to...they all know me by name & always have my prescriptions ready unlike a lot of other CVS. No bathroom so don't ask. Great selection of items!"

"Short and easy visit, I expect nothing less from CVS. The store was mildly cluttered, for the late hour I chose the shop cleanliness shouldn’t of been a problem. I suggest making routine rounds to make sure everything is in its proper place to make up for a quicker shopping trip."
