"Only a single instance, but annoying experience with the pharmacy. Called because the CVS portal showed me prescription estimated pickup time today switched to in-process once the estimated time hit. I was told that there is no prescription on file, even though my Dr ordered it here and it was on my screen in front of me. Fine, mistakes maybe happen. I politely hung up then called my original CVS pharmacy location who told me they can see the prescription order at this la Jolla location and I'd have to work it out with them. So another location and my online portal both confirm my Rx is at this location, and the pharmacist looking up my order said it wasn't there and did nothing to help. 1 star"

"The pharmacy at this CVS is the best in all of San Diego by far. I don’t even live by here but will go out of my way in order to experience the customer service that they provide each time I come to pick up a prescription and get some medication. The staff is very well trained and they all are extremely good at what they do. Must be good management. For anyone that is in the area I would definitely recommend that they choose this CVS for all their pharmaceutical needs along with vaccines and flu shots! I will definitely be back in the near future."
