"I had a COVID-19 test on Tuesday, December 28 and was told I would receive results via email in 24 to 48 hours and it never received it. I contacted the lab this morning at 9 AM and I was not able to speak to anyone except the receptionist who transferred me to a number that was only able to take a message. This is unacceptable service and under the circumstances should not be allowed to give Covid tests when the results are not made known within a short period of time I will be contacting my insurance carrier to let them know of this information"
