"Rented here for 13 months and it was fair, with the exception of how they clean their units once tenants leave. They contract their cleaning services, and for two nights in a row, I hear a vaccum go off for 30 minutes at 10pm. I report this the morning afterwards, and the same thing happens again the next night. Secondly, the cleaning fee of $300 is ridiculous. I deep cleaned my studio before I moved out, yet I still got charged the minimum of $300. Titus Properties doesn’t negotiate “the cleaners charges,” so that means you’ll get charged at least $300. And when I asked for a detailed receipt, they didn’t provide one. Aside from that, the outside light doesn’t shut off and highway noise is loud."
