"They always take way too long here. The drive through takes an insane amount of time. I brought in a prescription 2 days ago, they told me it would be ready in an hour. I come in 2 days after dropping it off and still have to wait for them to put the prescription together. If they have questions I don’t know why they don’t ask ahead of time by calling me or the doctor. On top of that they didn’t have the full amount I ordered so they needed to break the prescription up into two and make me wait longer until they figured that out. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND LIFE. NEVER HAVE I HAD A SMOOTH AND SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE HERE."

"Absolutely awful pharmacy. I had prescriptions written 4 days ago that I still don't have. They won't do their jobs in getring prescriptions ready or requesting insurance authorizations unless you go in or contact them and it doesn't matter if you go to the drive-through, go inside, or even just call on the phone cause you'll be waiting 30-45 minutes just to talk to someone, and chances are you'll be told they don't have your stuff. First they told me my prescriptions would be ready the same day, then they said there was an insurance issue. After solving the insurance issue they said it was ready for pickup. Upon going in the next day, it turns out there is still and insurance issue. After solving that and coming back the NEXT day, it turns out they don't even have that medication in stock. So they said they would place an order and I could pick it up any time after 2pm the next day. So after going in at 8pm the next day and waiting 45 minutes, I'm finally told the order wasn't placed because the distributor is out of stock! Not to mention the person at the counter was being very loud about the medication's name and the medical issues that require that prescription while other customers were also standing right there. So they said they would have to ask my doctor to prescribe an alternative, because they have the stronger version in stock but would need a new prescription written in order to give me that and have me take a lower dose. So they wake me up with a phone call the NEXT morning just to say "hey, we don't have your medication. We're reaching out to the doctor." Finally, tonight I just called them. Turns out they got the new prescription received, but there's an insurance issue! But they didn't let me know, because apparently they won't do their job unless you call or come to the pharmacy! So now I'm expected to make several phone calls to solve the insurance issue. Of course, everyone else is closed this late and the holiday weekend is coming up. I'll be lucky if I have my medication by next Wednesday!"

"This pharmacy has MAJOR issues with fulfilling prescriptions and appointments in a timely manner. I had a scheduled vaccination appt at 4p. Not only have I been waiting over an hour, I've listened to person after person be told that they have to wait because their medications are not ready."

"They don’t text to let me know when meds are ready. Then the times they have texted the medicine isn’t even ready. The employees are RUDE over the phone. They suck!"

"Changed my rating to a 2 because this keeps happening over and over again. BEYOND FRUSTRATED. AGAIN today they say they haven’t received my refill from doctor. My doctor’s office even called them yesterday about the prescription already being faxed. Third time this has happened. PLUS waked an hour for my prescription tonight. Hire more people if u know it’s rush hour! Told it would be 20 minutes and I ordered it hours ago today. Changing pharmacies ————————————- I can’t say that I’ve been thrilled with this place. The only good thing is they have a drive up pharmacy. I had problems with staff not being very empathetic and prescriptions somehow never getting refilled even though my doctor faxed them twice. Plus somehow the notifications were turned on even though I had turned them on in the app and I never got a notification that my prescription didn’t get filled and then they canceled it – this is one I would experience with drawls from so kind of important! When I brought it up the lady act like she didn’t care but then suddenly I start getting notifications so clearly she did something!"
