"They originally delivered as often as you needed meds nd were great about it, but as their turnover rate is high, the help has declined drastically. They now only deliver once a month and will push your medication, no matter how important the script, to force you to go without until they sync your meds to their approved delivery date. That could be dealt with if they actually delivered when they say they would! They will confirm delivery, and as their delivery is sent as close to their closing time of 5pm(their deliveries go out after 4pm), you will be stuck waiting by a window looking for a car that will never show! Then when you call to ask where your delivery is you realize it is precisely 5:01pm or later and the phone is on the automated voicemail service and you are stuck waiting another day for your medicine! Now say you get it delivered, you've dealt with the the late scripts, the rude staff, the false delivery confirmations, the constant lies of, " We haven't received anything from your doctor yet." When in fact you saw them hit the send button on all of your meds at the appointment. The second you drop the: you'll pick it up instead of getting it delivered then they magically have it in the system btw. Then you must painstakingly count out your pills, as lets just say a certain pharmacist skims off the top of your meds, because you are grievously short on certain types of meds. My advice, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE!"
