"This has been my preferred pharmacy for over 15 years. Malcom and the many ladies that work there have always treated me with dignity and respect. However, today I went there inquiring about whether I could return a medication that I had purchased the day before. The young girl at the counters could not help me, so she called the older Pharmacist that was in the back. I had never seen the lady before, maybe because I have never been there on a Saturday, but she was not very friendly, she was rude to me and had a very arrogant attitude toward me. Message to the lady with the short blond hair and glasses: To the blond lady with the short hair and glasses that was at this Pharmacy this morning ((6-12/21). It is too bad that such a beautiful lady like yourself, have such an ugly personality. You could have given me the information I was looking for, without expressing that you did not care what side effect my child would have had from the medication. I hope you reconsider the way you treat Linda vista Pharmacy's customers. Wherever had happened to you this morning was not my fault. Please, when you go to work, try to leave your devils at home."

"I love using good neighbor pharmacies. It is so frustrating whenever you go to the big retail pharmacies. It's usually hard to reach them and get your prescription filled in a timely manner. I have always received excellent care from Linda Vista Pharmacy staff and highly recommend them."

"1/24/2020 When the pharmacist tells you that their front desk and cashiers make mistakes all the time as justification.... You know is time to move on to another. You deal with MEDICATIONS, not burgers! You make a mistake, it will have severe consequences. Staff that also lies to cover their job at a this pharmacy and make me the liar... OK, people do that all the time."

"I like this pharmacy, Malcom is very nice and professional.the one thing that upsets me the most is when I call in a refill day ahead and when the day comes it still won't be filled unless I call and ask about it. Then I'm told it will be about an hour, so I give them two hours and I call back, only to get an "I'm sorry we've been very busy, we'll get on it now". At least have the decency of calling me to let me know you haven't got to it. I am upset because this happens often."
