"Michael is the only person from this agency that I’ve dealt with that doesn’t seem to have an attitude problem. However, Patti on the other hand is unprofessional and disrespectful. The way she treats people like they are all below her is discussing and leads me to believe that she should find a new job. She’s obviously not a people person and if I had interacted with Patti first instead of Michael I would have walked away and never would have rented through them do to how she acts."

"AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Patti Smith, Property Manager, rented me a home of a deceased person by fraudulently signing for the owner on the rental agreement, and giving me an inhabitable home without heat and hot water, after taking $5300 of deposit and rent (money orders made to North Lake Property Mgmt..!! Patti filed a detainer on behalf of deceased owner as an attempt to evict me for withholding the rent due to uninhabitability of home, and the courts put the property on lock down cuz they know owner is deceased."

"Best property management team I have rented through. Never have I had any problems reaching them by phone. They always seem caring and compassionate, taking time to understand my situation and needs to match me with a suitable residence and landlord. Any issues needing repair, not the renters responsibility, have been resolved with courtesy, in a timely manner. If someone has had a bad experience trying to/renting through Northlake Property Management I have to believe has problems most everywhere they go. Patti is the only property manager in Lake County I recommend."

"I am unfortunately a renter from this place . there name changes more often than a babys diaper but with the problems we have i know why. We rented this place two years ago after getting a 60 day notice from our past resident's due to it being sold. So when we rented this one the name that was being used was AQM which is the name thay took two weeks prior to us looking for a home to rent. Anyhow we found a rental we liked and it was on the market for three months and when we looked at it thay said it dont look like their cleaning crew did a very good job well i would say what cleaning crew the place was disgusting. But none the less like our oter rental we saw its potential and of course we wanted a long term lease and thay said we could sign a new year lease two months before it expires every year . and within three months it started the owner wanted to sell of course his plan was to sell to us and when we didnt want to buy no more lease was the first thing than the constant people looking till we tried to stop it thats when we received the 60 day notice all i can say is if you have to rent a home their are better choices than North Lake Property Managment but beware thay change names offten."
