"Very unhealthy place to live. You rarely see tenants outside of their apartment because they can't stand the thought of seeing the horrible manager or one of the almost constant controlling notes they leave on your door! Some have even moved out because they were concerned that the harassment from management was causing health problems. The place has been plagued with mold since it opened too."

"A very nice little community to be a part of. If you're a bit older and looking for a low income option, give them a call and take a tour of the community."

"Started out well. Been through too many managers(5). On fifth. We are treated as children. Restrictions on activities. Office still closed due to Covid. Manager refusing to answer phones from residents or people seeking housing. Manager are not informed of the rules or bylaws. Manager in capable of making decisions affecting the residents without superior approval. Residents have known to do better without a manager. Former manager #4 was primo. Of course we lost that person. Maintenance is a joke . Been without light fixture in bathroom for over a month. I am not the only one. Sprinklers not being maintain. Currently water spraying in front corner of the property. Smoking cigarettes and pot in the apartments have not been addressed. Been here 71/2 years and my neighbors are still smoking pot and it still comes comes into my apartment. I just gave notice moving out. Tired of neighbors intruding in my business, judgemental, and harassing one another."

"Since a friend of a friend who sadly is no longer with us lives there are supposed that I like this place but one can't help but wonder if Bella Vista Apartments could use just a spot of luck or Ambience perhaps a Chromecast thing"

"These are the best apartments because they have the best people living there but some of the neighbors harassed the the good citizens there and they should just leave them alone"
