"This place is a lovely oasis. People are friendly. They walk their dogs along the pathways. Flowers and plants adorn peoples’ personal outdoor spaces. Jose, the manager, is attentive, helpful and kind. The rest of the staff is also wonderful."

"This is the most dreadful senior apt complex I have ever experienced. The management is dishonest & unprofessional. There are a few tenets here that bully the rest of the nice tenets; and the management does nothing; they play favors and the gossip is horrific. A so-called resource employee is very dishonest & makes up lies about senior tenets who ask for there to be hot water & other basic needs in their apts. Whistle blowers are driven out by management and harassment by the bully tenets. Choose another place if possible. The rent is cheap & that is the only reason the decent seniors live here. Stay Away!"
"Shame on you for making little old ladies tear up their potted gardens! Shame on you for making little old people cry and fear for their housing because the new manager doesn't like plants and doesn't want people feeling too at home where they live. Shame on you!"
"Visited this HUD senior facility today and found lots of outdoor workers redoing the entire outside sidewalks, grounds, etc. Was happy to be able to see a newly remodeled unit and take these photos. They are studios, 430 sq.ft. and 1BR are 525 sq.ft. It is run by EAH Inc. if you want to read more about them. Hope this helps anyone looking here."
