"I called Friday about getting a vaccine and they said called Monday. I called Monday and they put me on hold and then clicked on me. I called 3 more times no luck but I left a voicemail with my name and phone number as their vm. I called a couple of hours later and someone finally picks up and rushes that call Wednesday for Thursday and Friday appointments I tried explaining that I called earlier and had left a vm and then this lady just clicks on me. They need better customer service training and better management of their phones. They are rude and don’t seem to care about what you have to say."

"I went after work just in time to pick up my mother's medicine . I get there at 4:50pm and it's closed . Theres no sign indicating why it's closed . Their sign says open until 5:30pm. Also their OPEN sign is on. The staff was in there and I waved them down , they see me and ignore me. Again I waved at them and they just stare . By this time there was 4 people waiting outside and nothing . No answer ON the phone either. Total BS."
