"I have been going to Rogers for years, it's still the mom & pop kinda store/pharmacy and I like it that way. Employees are all very helpful & friendly I've had many opportunities to change to big box pharmacies but I choose to stay with Rogers I like the one on one with the pharmacist who I can speak with at anytime. It just feels good to go somewhere where they treat you as a human & not just an insurance number."
"Please READ before you consider using them! This longtime family busness recently sold to new owners. New owner and pharmacist are a disservice to the industry. The last three months have been consistant with lost prescriptions, mis information and having to return multiple times. Today was typical, the electronic prescription was sent from the Dr's office 6 days ago. I called Rogers and was told, "we never received it." I called the Dr and they confirmed the time/ date it was sent and confirmation it was received. Because of the continual issues, I transferred other prescriptions elsewhere. The pharmacist told me, they would not fill this prescription unless I transferred all of my perscriptions back to them. My Dr. could not believe they would say this, he called and was told the same thing. Good luck to you if you choose this pharmacy."
