Kids Care Pediatrics

"Just so everyone is aware before you come: 1. NO WALK INS WILL BE TAKEN. 2. You must make an appointment ahead of time. (Good luck getting a hold of them if you make a call, I literally saw them just let the phone ring or just put people on hold with no one in the waiting rooms.) 3. Apparently it is up to the doctor (although website says they open at 8am no doctor is available until after 9am) which if you are a walk in be ready to get DENIED even if your child is sick. Overall this is the worst Kids pediatric and I will see what i can do in my power to see that the medical board is aware of this locations practices and how they treat their patients. I hope if you care for your child to look elsewhere for care because this place is a waste of time."

"If you want better care for your child do not come to this pediatrics office. They never answer the phone, are not able to follow up on referrals. You have a kid the last thing you should have to do is hound down your pediatrics office just for referrals."

"Rude office staff that doesn’t acknowledge your existence at the counter. They will finish their personal conversations with their masks down before they address you. Yet will make a fuss if you walk in without a mask. The past few visits our wait time to see the doctor is an hour. Recently it’s 1hour 45 minutes. Who has time to wait around like this with bored kids!? Doctor seems to truly care about the kids but the exam lasted no more than two minutes. Our appointment was at 9:45am and we left at 11:27am for a whole two minutes with the doctor."

"The receptionist Diana or Dayanara at the Euclid location is very rude and unprofessional! I was already about to file a complaint to Medi cal or to other govt institutions but given her a chance. Just hard to deal with her for the past few months but still given them a chance. She placed me on hold for more than 10minutes without getting back, called again and was told to be on hold, called again and told her why she kept placing me on hold she said theyre busy with charts etc or other patients in a bad tone of voice! I only wanted to know of they accept office visits thats it but why does she have to place me on hold for so long and not giving me any updates?! Im a health professional myself and a customer service agent before and for me this is unacceptable!"

"I've been bringing my kids to this office for 13 years. Ever since Sarah stop working for this doctor's office, the care and compassion has gone out the door! The new staff there are extremely rude and NO HELP! There phone's always goes to voicemail during business hours and can never get a same day appointment if needed. When Sarah was working there she always found away to make things work. Extremely irritated with the new staff!"
