"Called. Spoke to a female name Shaley? Or how ever you spell it. I was asked to hold. I waited. After she was available again I asked for an estimate for white marble rock, she stated they didn’t have any. I asked if they had a different type of rock, she mentioned white lime stone. I asked for an estimate giving her my measurements. During the whole conversation she was extremely rude and unprofessional. So much attitude. I felt rushed during my whole conversation, she couldn’t even take the time to give me 2 different estimates. If I was the owner of this business I would definitely terminate her. Not someone you want to represent your business."

I ordered from a competitor last year and that didn't go well. Midwest also had a better price for my volume. I'll try them again in the future - thanks, Midwest!"

"Good selection and good service but I'm not pleased with the product delivered. I ordered 7 tons of 1-1/2" American Heritage and it was delivered promptly. I realize that this is not washed stone, but I believe the amount of dirt and rock flour in the load was excessive. The idea behind landscaping fabric and rock is too minimize weeds in your landscaping beds, but with the amount of fine material going on top of the landscape fabric it defeats the purpose. I'm also paying for rock, not dirt."
