"The entire experience was great. They weren’t sure if we could get the three rooms of carpeting installed before Thanksgiving but here it is Nov 11th and everything was completed yesterday. It looks great, installers were amazing and friendly. We’ve used Kerns before and will continue to do so."

"Kerns did an excellent job in installing our new den flooring. The staff was easy to work with. They helped us find a flooring that matched our existing hardwood flooring in our condo. They followed up on getting us promptly scheduled for our work. The installer was very helpful in getting out furniture reinstalled after the flooring was done. The new floor looks great. The installers did a quality job. I certainly would recommend Kerns for any new flooring."

"For the most part, we were satisfied with Kerns. Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable helping us pick a new stair runner when selling our home that was beautiful but wouldn’t break the bank since we were selling. The downsides included not receiving an email receipt when promised. Wrote a couple of emails that went unanswered. Had to call to finally get the receipt in email about 6 weeks later and was told our carpet had come in. No idea when we would have been notified if I hadn’t called. Second problem was setting up an appointment for installation. Not quite sure this was a problem on Kerns’ end or the installation company. It took at least two calls and a couple of weeks before the installation company called to set up a time and that was after I complained. I do have to say the installation guys were wonderful and very polite. I would use them again with the knowledge that I’d have to call often to get things completed in a timely manner."
