"Completely unprofessional health service. I left my appointment being told by Doctor that I would receive a call in 2-5 days for my results. It's been over two weeks, no call. Finally called them and I waited on hold for 40 minutes "your place in the cue is 1." Left a callback number when prompted that it would hold my place in cue and still no call. This place is a joke. Not to mention they never facilitated my referral to a specialist! Deserves 0/5 stars"

"Appointments are hard to come by and rescheduling is always a nightmare, but the quality of care by the providers and staff more than make up for it. Wait times defer heavily but even when I had to walk in the staff accommodated me quickly, they even check up on you when you miss your appointment.... Also wanted to give a very quick thankyou to Xochitl the provider. I took my daughter for her f/u appointment and she answered all my questions and concerns. Most of the providers have been the same, they care about the community they serve which is hard to come by in healthcare. Thank you!"

"Been in the clinic since 8 am ...it's been 3 and half hours .. brought my kid because he is vomiting since last night , they said soon but nothing ....and to make an appointment is worse they have one for the same month .changing my kid definitely"

"They are so unorganized can’t even put in a simple referral, I waited 2 months already when I called to ask if my referral was approved they had no knowledge about it. They also never have appointments available for the same month it would have to be next 3 months to see a doctor. Good thing I had changed my kids pediatrician a while ago, now I will be changing myself & I will be reporting this place."

"I came in as a walk in for a pounding headache that I’ve had since the morning. Ten minutes later they told me it was going to be a phone call consultation. I asked if they had any in person appointments for tomorrow and their next available appointment is not until October. Extremely dissatisfied at this appointment system. They never have appointments! I’ve been a patient of this facility since I was a new born with Dr. Luis Lopez but I will most definitely be finding a new clinic!!!"
