"While the specialist there has been nice to me, I feel like I've been going through hoops to get the help I need. Spoke on the phone with one of their office ladies and when I was trying to explain the situation they cut me off. I had to hold myself and told them that I was not finished. To cut someone off, one who is on disablity nonetheless, is very unprofessional. It shouldn't even matter that I'm disabled but if that's how I've been treated, I'm scared for how others are being treated."

"This is a very poorly managed clinic. I've sent a message to my primary physician using their patient portal twice requesting a referral and it's been 3 weeks with no reply or an update. Called their office only to find out that the messages does not get sent directly to the primary physician but gets sent to a queue instead and waits until someone sends it to the physician. What nonsense is this?"

"Confused my appointment time and came in early. Heard the person who was going to see me say outloud, "she's going to have to wait". What a nice welcome."

"Was great when it was health care partners. As soon as they switched to Optum the service tanked and they don't follow through and lie about covid testing and refilling prescriptions. Responding to my review but not calling me or checking on the issue helps verify that the service is terrible. When I am told I have to file a complaint through my own insurance just shows that you guys are only about your money and not patient health."
