"First of all, the treatments that I have been receiving from this Del Amo location have been extremely effective with no down time. I have no more pimples after just a few treatments. Yay!!! My skin is now very smooth, soft, glowing, healthy, and youthful. I love working with all my nurses especially with Krystal who is clearly and extremely thorough, very invested in her work, and detail oriented. I also love working with beautiful nurses Claire, Janet, and Yasmine. They all are the best of the best in providing the youthful, healthy, glowing looks of my face. I absolutely love working with the magnificent front desk team members Tyler, Amber and Julie, the Del Amo Skin Laundry Manager. These professionals are caring, professional, courteous, personable, always going above and beyond to provide the best service to me and of course, to all their customers. I highly recommend Skin Laundry - Del Amo Fashion Center because it is truly worthy of your investment for immediate and long term beautiful results. Maybe their leadership from Corporate should give each of these members here special awards and recognition for their magnificent work each day. P.S. "Very rude staff. Not at all accommodating. Would never come to this branch of skin laundry. Very bad customer service. To answer to your reply . You didn’t try to reach me until I called you to get the appropriate location inside the mall . I wasn’t 15 minutes late . I texted you in the same number were I was communicating and updated you that because of unforeseen traffic I am running 10 minutes late . When I reached there , (which is 30 minutes far from where I live )I called you and that’s when you had the minimum courtesy to say my appointment is canceled. Of course anyone in my place would be upset. Just canceling all other schedules for this appointment and getting treated like this . I would never recommend anyone going to this branch based on my personal experience . Please stop lying you never spoke about accommodating me in the same day . This is the worst review I have ever given to any store ."
