CVS Pharmacy

"If your on medical and medication is otc you will be told is not covered when is actually covered half the time don’t let them fool you and spend money you can look up if your stuff is covered in your insurance page if your here as a refugee and not have yet your California ID this pharmacy won’t give you a control medication you will be told that is not valid the wait takes forever and medication fill always takes over a day"

"Poor customer service at the pharmacy counter, long waits in line and they never have your medicine in the time frame they give you. I was told 15-20 minutes ended up waiting 55 minutes. I had to go to the counter twice to ask if my medication was ready. The second time the man at the counter says "Oh yes ma'am, it has been ready. They called your name did you not hear it?" I look him in the eye and tell him that I have been sitting in the chairs right next to him because I was exhausted and in pain. I did not go anywhere else but right next to him. One of the medications was not in stock and had to be ordered. I was told on Saturday that it will be ready on Monday. Today is Wednesday and still no call or text message that it was ready for pick up. I had to call today to ask if by any chance it was ready now. Man on the phone tells me it has been ready since Monday afternoon!!! I go to pick it up today and it $14 with my insurance. I was originally told that it would be less than $11 with my insurance. I tell the man at the counter that I was quoted a lower price, he asks if I need the medicine or not. I was taken aback on how rude he was. I ask him if he can talk to his manager and he tells me that it is only $3 difference. I tell him that to me it a lot, those $3 can buy my children a gallon of milk. I was paying for it when the lady that told me less than $11 walks up to the counter and I point her out. My only thing is the lack of communication, the misinformation, the rudeness, the inconsideration to their customers, and the blatant disrespect. I will take my husband's, my son's and my business elsewhere."

"Average chain drug store aka pharmacy. Friendly checkers & managers. Pharmacy makes MANY errors, such as giving the wrong pills to ppl(should have got pills for kidney disease, instead got nitro heart pills) giving customers prescriptions with other peoples names on it, slackers don't contact insurance company or doctor when they should."
