"Very impressed with the excellent care I've received. Everyone in the office is friendly, caring and professional, and they were ready for me at each appointment so I've never had to wait. Hearing test went well and quickly identified the weak areas of my hearing in each ear. After testing was complete I was shown the results and advised on devices that could help me to hear what I've been missing. At the advice of the therapist I chose the least expensive unit in the product line even though I felt I might need a more expensive model. My second appointment, again with no waiting, I received my hearing aids and was advised how to properly wear and remove them as well as care and charging. That's right charging! I have always heard that batteries for hearing aids can be quite costly over time so I decided that rechargeable batteries were a must. As soon as I put my hearing aids on i discovered just how much I've been missing... I heard and understood my wife talking even as she walked away! I can hear the conversations in movies without having to crank up the volume. The best part is I have not had to ask anyone to repeat themselves and I fully expect to be able to say that years from now! Thanks ever so much!"
"I’ve had my hearing aids for about 8 months. I wore them only some of the time, as I didn’t feel as though my hearing improved much. I had several adjustments but the hearing remained minimally improved. I saw Evelina in Ventura this week. She made some adjustments after testing me with the hearing aids in. Everything was so loud again! So excited to hear all sounds and my brain is adjusting to the sounds. I now wear my hearing aids all day. What an amazing difference! Thank you!!"
