"I made this appointment over 3 months ago for an eye health exam and glasses. When I got to the office they were under the impression that I was there for a cataract evaluation. I told the tech that I was there for an eye exam and glasses. He tried to talk me out of getting glasses and said that I could go to Target. When he left the room he told the girl upfront that his cataract evaluation just turned into an exam exam. He seemed really upset so when he came back I said I was sorry about the misunderstanding. When I finally saw Dr Chen he spent a total of 3 minutes with me. There must be better places to go where they don not talk about patients in front of them and treat them poorly. I will never go back there."

"The appointment staff was helpful in getting me an appointment without having to wait too long which I appreciated since I knew I needed surgery. I was evaluated by Dr Lee who is very knowledgeable and nice! Then Dr Dougherty did my surgery. I love how he talks through it saying things like, looks good and only another minute, that definitely helps. The result is outstanding."
